I just don't know what fight the judges were watching. I get so frustrated at these desisions. I don't think its good for the sport. Its not fair for the fighter or the fans. I think the judges should be accountable, they should have to justify their scoring. We the general public should be able to see a judges scoring round by round and their qualifications to judge these fights. Judges that are questionable should be band.

In response to "PURP's" coment on the Campillo- Shumenov fight, I invite "PURP" and all readers to read my story on the fight in "BRC" fight Recap for the period of Jan- May 2010.
As I mentioned in my story of the fight, the decision awarded to Shumenov was a disgrace to boxing fans and another black eye for the judges in Vegas. Campillo cleaned Shumenov's clock, gave him a thorough beating, and the decision went to the Russian.
These disgraceful decisions have happened much too often in Vegas. The only logical explanations are the incompetence of the judges or that they were influenced to vote in favor of the promoter's fighter. Maybe the judges went to the "Stevie Wonder School of Refereeing".
I hope that the Las Vegas Athletic Cimmission takes action to prevent future disgraceful decisions such as this one. But, a commission that gives its blesings to a fight betwen Evander Holyfield and Francois Botha is probably oblivious to events that have ruined its name as a reputable organization.
